Starpaul Pro provides professional mobile auto detailing services. All services are performed based on the actual condition of the vehicle at the time of service.2. Estimates & Pricing
All prices provided during booking (online, phone, or text) are estimates based on the information supplied by the customer. The final price may be adjusted if the vehicle’s condition significantly differs from what was described at the time of booking.3. Vehicle Condition & Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply in cases including, but not limited to:- Excessive dirt, mud, sand, or salt buildup
- Heavy stains, pet hair, or severe interior neglect
- Strong odors (smoke, mold, biological contamination, etc.)
- Heavily worn, fragile, or previously damaged materials
4. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee restoration to factory or like-new condition. Results vary depending on vehicle age, materials, condition, and level of contamination.5. Pre-Existing Damage
Starpaul Pro is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to: scratches, stains, tears, worn materials, cracked plastics, faded surfaces, electrical issues, or mechanical problems. Customers are responsible for informing us of any known issues prior to service.6. Risk Acknowledgement
Older or heavily worn vehicles may have fragile materials. By proceeding with service, the customer acknowledges that normal detailing processes may reveal existing defects or wear.7. Bookings (Online & Phone)
Appointments may be scheduled via our website, phone, or text message. Confirmation messages may include appointment details and links to these Terms & Conditions. Proceeding with the service confirms acceptance of these terms, regardless of booking method.8. Payments
We do not process online payments through this website. Payment is due immediately upon completion of service. Accepted payment methods include cash and credit/debit card on site. Refusal to pay for completed services may result in further action.9. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:- Providing accurate booking information
- Ensuring access to the vehicle at the scheduled time
- Removing personal belongings before service
- Inspecting the vehicle upon completion and raising concerns immediately
10. Complaints & Disputes
Any concerns must be raised immediately upon service completion. Concerns raised after the service location has been left may not be considered. All disputes are civil matters and must be resolved accordingly.11. Right to Refuse Service
Starpaul Pro reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time, including but not limited to situations involving:- Unsafe or unsanitary vehicle conditions
- Misrepresentation of the vehicle’s condition
- Health or safety concerns
- Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior
12. Limitation of Liability
Starpaul Pro shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the services provided.13. Service Area
We operate primarily in Westchester County, New York, and surrounding areas.14. Changes to These Terms
